Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated administration assistant to fill a full- time role in Hillingdon.

The pay rate for this job is £13.63 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.

- To manage the Community Payback Logistics, collating and recording service user attendance records
- Supporting the field team to ensure that Community Payback projects across London are resourced and managed effectively to deliver the outcomes required by London CRC
- Tracking of the use of Agency employees, ordering equipment, and interface with the Community Payback field delivery teams including attending area meetings and project placement administration.
- To support the Operations Manager in managing the budget for staff and resources by keeping clear records.
- Supporting the operation to ensure that service user attendances and failures are recorded accurately on a daily basis.
- Ensuring project data is recorded accurately.

- Experience in collating and analysing data, and interpreting trends
- Experience in use of Microsoft System tools, including the usage of databases and tracking systems and strong excel skills
