Are you looking for a new Substance Misuse Nurse role?

Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Substance Misuse Nurse to fill a full-time role in Brighton. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of nursing and be registered with the NMC.

The pay rate for this locum Substance Misuse Nurse role is £22 - £24 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

- To hold and be responsible for a defined caseload of clients some of whom may be complex (operate as a keyworker and provide specific 1:1 work)
- Facilitate group work.
- Deliver harm reduction advice and information to clients.
- BBV testing and vaccinations

Requirements of the Substance Misuse Lead Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in nursing
- Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN)
- Significant experience as a substance misuse nurse
- A nurse with extensive experience of caseload work with Drug and Alcohol misusers.
