    Description

    Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated community payback administrator to work in Hendon. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of probation services.

    The pay rate for this locum community payback administrator job is £13.63 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the community payback administrator:
    - To manage the Community Payback Logistics, collating and recording service user attendance records
    - Supporting the field team to ensure that Community Payback projects across London are resourced and managed effectively to deliver the outcomes required by London CRC
    - Tracking of the use of Agency employees, ordering equipment, and interface with the Community Payback field delivery teams including attending area meetings and project placement administration.
    - To support the Operations Manager in managing the budget for staff and resources by keeping clear records.
    - Supporting the operation to ensure that service user attendances and failures are recorded accurately on a daily basis.
    - Ensuring project data is recorded accurately.

    Requirements of the community payback administrator:
    - Understanding of community payback
    - Understanding of processing resources and ordering
    - Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with a range of individuals and roles at different levels.
    - Ability to plan, set and work to clear priorities, utilising strong organisational skills to achieve them.
    - Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team which is field working
    - Ability to be decisive, able to prioritise readily and operate effectively under pressure
    - Excellent standard of verbal and written communication skills
    - Excellent skills in record keeping and administration
