Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an ETE Specialist/Recovery Worker to work in Enfield on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of substance misuse.

The pay rate for this locum recovery worker job is £16 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.

The role will be split 50/50 between working as a Recovery Worker for a case load of substance misuse clients and working as a specialist Education, Training and Employment Project Worker.

- Manage a small caseload of clients key working, managing scripts, 1-1 Key working etc.
- Advertise and promote ETE to all Enfield drug/alcohol service users liaising with all service providers in the Borough to increase ETE referrals via promotional events, posters, leaflets and advertising
- Manage a caseload of clients, working with them intensively to increase numbers in engagement and support them into suitable external vacancies, education, training, volunteering, work placement or employment, depending on clients' skills and abilities

Requirements of the recovery worker:
- You must have experience working alongside or on ETE Projects or have previous experience/knowledge in a similar role
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a recovery worker
- Have excellent time management/organisation skills as the role is split
