Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for a Family Resettlement Practitioner to work in Lambeth.

The pay rate for this permanent Family Resettlement Practitioner job is £25,000 per annum.

Duties:
- To deliver family services as part of the innovative Route2Change pilot family service.
- Adopting a ''whole family'' approach, this comprehensive service will deliver an end to end integrated rehabilitating and resettlement support programme to prisoners and their children and families from first night in custody to six months following release from prison.
- To support the development of, and to deliver an innovative family support service in custody and in the community that treats children, families and prisoners with dignity and respect and puts them at the heart of the service.
- To deliver a service that ensures prisoners, their children, carers and other relatives have access to appropriate advice, guidance, learning opportunities, care and support to better enable them to maintain or enhance positive relationships, putting in place family work best practice and the recommendations of academic research and reviews such as the Farmer report.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Prison Clearance is desirable (This will be arranged for you if you do not have this in place already)
