Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for a Family Services Programme Manager to work in Lambeth.

The pay rate for this permanent Family Services Programme Manager job is £32,000 per annum. This is a Full-Time role working 37.5 hours per week.

- Responsible for the delivery of the project to establish a 'wrap around' service (building on the existing commissioned service) to prisoners and their families.
- To contribute to the development of and manage the implementation of, the operational plan for the service, in line with the manager and contractual requirements and with the support from the family services manager.
- To ensure the service delivery incorporates all of the learning and recommendations arising from academic research and reviews of best practice family work in prisons and in the community.
- To develop and manage delivery of local service processes and procedures to enable the team to provide a consistent and high quality service, including assessment and action planning processes that ensure prisoners support needs are identified.
- To oversee the production and collation of statistics and effectively monitor services, providing regular reports for senior managers and use the information to identify ways to improve the service.
- To work with mangers to present performance and progress to the oversight Advisory Board that meets quarterly.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
