Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an offender management strategic lead to fill a full-time role in Brent.

The pay rate for this locum job is £31.56 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

Duties:
- To identify and respond to local issues to ensure adequate service provision is provided
- Identifying and working with private providers to create an effective offender management landscape in preparation for changing environments and ensuring private offender management delivery responds to the needs of Brent
- Manage and Coordinate the delivery of the wider Offender Management programme in Brent
- Manage the two co-located gang workers in the offender management team through daily operational coordination and monitoring
- Monitor and report on the Offender Management programme
- Undertake any other duties commensurate with the general level of responsibility of this post

Requirements of the youth offending case manager:
- Recent experience of working within youth offending
- Working knowledge of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 and other relevant legislation.
- Experience of offender management and the roles and responsibilities of various agencies involved within it.
