Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for a Performance and Quality Officer to work in Southwark. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of substance misuse.

The pay rate for this locum Performance and Quality Officer job is £200 (LTD Company Equivalent) per day and is an initial 3-month contract.

The post holder will provide strategic and tactical analysis of data, intelligence and performance management information for the Safeguarding Adults Board and its drug and alcohol strategic thematic portfolio to support evidence based and intelligence led decision-making by the Safeguarding Adults Board and its themes and sub-groups.

The post holder will develop action plans, strategies, drugs and alcohol profiles inclusive of exploration of drugs as a driver of crime and serious violence and performance management frameworks to implement recommendations from analysis to support drug and alcohol related partnership priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Support the strategic development and implementation of the Safeguarding Adults Board statutory rolling plan objectives specific to substance misuse.
- Support the Safeguarding Adults Board delivery of the rolling plan working across all strategic and voluntary partners.
- Project management to deliver specific activities relevant to the Safeguarding Adults Board Rolling Plan and its objectives.
- Support the DAAT to design and implement contractual performance management frameworks for all council commissioned drug and alcohol treatment provision and support the team to deliver high quality services for service users.
- Use of local, regional and national data sets to benchmark and improve DAAT partnership performance.
