    Prison Healthcare Assistant

    Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated prison healthcare assistant to fill a full time role in North West London. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of healthcare.

    The pay rate for this locum healthcare assistant job is £12.50 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) for weekdays, £16.95 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) for Saturdays and nights and £21.41 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) for Sundays and is an initial 3-month contract.

    Responsibilities of the prison healthcare assistant:
    - Providing a high standard of nursing care based on assessment of patients' care
    - Delegation and supervision of duties to care staff
    - Ensuring the safe, smooth and efficient running of the prison in accordance with policies

    Requirements of the prison healthcare assistant:
    - Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
    - Be willing to undertake a DBS check (previously CRB)
    - Prison clearance is desirable
