    Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for a Probation Officer / Criminal Justice Worker to work in Tunbridge Wells on a full-time basis.

    The pay rate for this locum criminal justice worker job is £27 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

    The Probation Officer and Criminal Justice Social Worker roles offer the opportunity to work with our most complex service users to develop a detailed understanding of their offending and needs, then deliver on plans to improve their circumstances and behaviour. A strong background in risk assessment and the delivery of behaviour change interventions is essential to this role. You will be a leading member of the team utilising your probation officer or social work qualification to develop interventions and lend expertise in managing the risk of harm. Our practitioners have the opportunity to work in specialist areas such as domestic abuse, resettlement following custody and female service users

    Requirements of the criminal justice worker:
    - Recent experience working in criminal justice
    - May consider social worker if they are experienced in the criminal justice sector
    - Be able to motivate others and engage service users in finding solutions to the problems they experience
