    Want to work for a leading probation service in Derbyshire?

    Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Probation Officers to work in Derbyshire on permanent contracts. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of probation services.

    The salaries for these roles are £29,038 - £36,084 (LTD Company Equivalent) per annum.

    Responsibilities of the Probation Officers:
    - Assessing, planning and implementing effective interventions aimed at reducing reoffending and helping Service Users turn their lives around
    - Supervising service users in line with standards, providing case management and interventions which aim to reduce risks of harm and re-offending
    - Working effectively with prisons in order to support the end to end management of our service users within prisons and the community
    - Organising and completing records of supervision and provide monitoring information, maintaining and using up to date administrative and information systems/technology, in line with service standards, policies and procedures

    Requirements of the Probation Officers:
    - Degree of equivalent social work or probation studies
    - Recent experience working as a probation officer
    - You must have a VQ5 in Probation Practice, DipPS, DipSW or CQSW.
