Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for a Residential Recovery Worker (Residential Detox) to work shift-work in Salford. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of substance misuse.

The pay rate for this locum Residential Recovery Worker job is £13 - £16 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an ongoing contract. This role requires you to complete Shift work (so you will work between 2-4-days Per Week) and shift times 13:30 - 10:30 (overnight).

Duties:
- To promote visible Recovery within Salford.
- To provide personalised coaching.
- To work with a caseload of clients and interact with electronic case management.
- To support peer volunteers working within the Recovery system.
- To support service users as they engage in other community programmes.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience of within a group dynamic recovery programme.
- Experience of abstinence-based models of recovery.
- Experience of working with peer mentors and providing recovery supervision.
