Sanctuary Criminal Justice has an exciting permanent job opportunity in Buckinghamshire for a Service Manager to work within a Substance Misuse Service for Children and Young People. The salary for this role is negotiable.

This is a specialist service dedicated wholly to supporting young people and their families. Practitioners will enable children and young people to build resilience factors, confidence and self-esteem, reducing risk and harm caused by drugs and alcohol by delivering targeted and specialist interventions to the most vulnerable young people.

As Service Manager, you will lead and manage the delivery of the service and interventions. You will champion our client's values across the organisation and drive their agenda ensuring a culture based on fairness, collaboration and trust. You will support the team in their work, ensuring high quality and safe practice.

Requirements of the Service Manager:

- Significant experience with children and young people
- Management skills and demonstrable track record of change management
- Level 4 vocational qualification (NVQ, QCF, ILM) or equivalent
- Experience of managing people/teams in the substance misuse field
- Ability to manage and understand budges and financial information
