Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for experienced and dedicated substance misuse team leader to work on a full time basis in Harrow.

The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of substance misuse.

The pay rate for this locum substance misuse team leader job is £21 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

The Recovery Team Leader will be responsible for managing treatment provision within Harrow.

Responsibilities of the substance misuse team leader:
- Supervising a team of Recovery Practitioners who provide case management (including prescribing with the support of clinical staff), one to one key-working, low threshold and structured group work programmes, and other structured treatment for any individual coming into the Harrow services
- Line manage the Life Skills tutor who works with service users in both groups and one to one interventions to reintegrate into the community and access Education, Training and Employment
- Supporting with the existing internal Community Care Assessment (CCA) process which supports those wishing to access inpatient detox or rehab
- Working within HRC and will form part of the local senior management team for the Harrow integrated substance misuse service
