Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated team manager to work within a prison in Bedfordshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of probation services.

The salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Health & Wellbeing Team Manager will be responsible for providing day to day operational management of the service

This includes devising rotas, agreeing annual leave, provide supervision to all staff and complete written contractual performance reports and ensuring that the service meets its key performance indicators and contractual requirements.

Responsible for contributing to the overall performance of the service to ensure that contractual output targets are achieved and will be required to record and input client data and information in order that the service operates within contractual, administrative and financial requirements.

Responsibility for personal development, identifying personal training needs and participate in regular supervision and appraisal.

Requirements of the team manager:
- Experience managing a team
- Extensive experience and knowledge around substance misuse
- Prison clearance is not required for this role as this will be completed for the successful candidate however prior experience working in a prison environment is preferable
