    Description

    Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated youth offending court officer to work in Enfield.

    The pay rate for this locum youth offending court officer job is £17.71 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is a 3-month contract.

    Responsibilities of the youth offending court officer:
    - To represent Enfield Youth Offending Unit in Youth and Crown Court, liaising with and addressing Lawyers, Magistrates, Judges, clients, their parents and partner agencies.
    - To support all aspects of YOU Court work e.g. logistical and administrative activities, advice and data inputting to support the Senior Court Officer, YOU Management and Staff Team in all Court related matters as part of the aims and objectives of the Enfield YOU
    - To do all of the preparatory work in regard to all YOU cases going to Youth and Crown Court ensuring staff are assisted with the production of legal letters and documents such as Court Breach forms etc in accordance with instructions of Senior Court Officer.
    - To Quality Assure all YOU work going into Court e.g. ensuring PSRs and Breach packs are of the highest standards.
    - Attend Court and record all outcomes on YOU systems such as CVYJ. Ensuring the accuracy, cleaning, retrieval, collection, analysis and review of Court data in accordance with Council procedures and processes.
    - Liaise with Court administration, the Youth Justice Board, Ministry of Justice and other YOTs regarding Court results.
    - In the absence of the Senior Court Officers advise managers and staff in all aspects of Court Work.
