Youth Offending Officer

Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated youth offending officer to fill a full-time role in Tower Hamlets.

The pay rate for this locum youth offending officer job is £24 - £25.50 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

Responsibilities of the youth offending officer:
- Plan and manage a caseload under pressure and apply a ca\se management model to work with young people and their families
- Record information in an accurate and timely manner
- Effective verbal and written communication skill including the ability to prepare and present out of court disposals and panel assessment/reports
- Help youth offenders panel members construct realistic contracts with young people

Requirements of the youth offending officer:
- Recent experience of working within youth offending
- Experience of working within YOS setting is preferable with the ability and skills to carry out assessments and interventions.
