Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated youth offending officer to fill a full-time role in Enfield.

The pay rate for this locum youth offending officer job is £22.96 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

Responsibilities of the youth offending officer:
- To do direct one to one and group work, at the YFSS YOU building, their homes, other community venues and custodial establishments, with young people age 8 to 19 who may display difficult, challenging and aggressive behaviour
- To undertake all duties in relation to the provision of assessment, report writing, supervision and case management regarding all matters relating to young people entering the Youth Justice System in accordance with Local and National Standards and all relevant Enfield policies and procedures.

Requirements of the youth offending officer:
- Recent experience of working with youth offending
- Experience of working within YOS setting is preferable with the ability and skills to carry out assessments and interventions.
