Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Youth Offending Operations Manager to fill a full-time role in Sutton. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Youth Offending.

The pay rate for this locum Youth Offending Operations Manager job is £37-£39 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

Responsibilities of the Youth Offending Operations Manager:
- To allocate work and monitor the workload within the YOT including the oversight of unallocated work where necessary, and the transfer and closing of cases
- To have management oversight, and keep abreast of developments in all cases supervised by the YOT
- To supervise the preparation of pre-sentence reports and other court reports in line with National Standards and to monitor the quality of pre-sentence reports across the team
- To draw up duty rotas providing cover for office and court based services

Requirements of the Youth Offending Operations Manager:
