Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Youth Offending Service Case Manager to fill a full-time role in Camden.

The pay rate for this locum Youth Offending Case Manager job is £28 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

Requirements of the Youth Offending Case Manager:
- Recent experience of working within youth offending
- Experience within the last 6 months as a Youth Offending Case Manager working in a YOS and managing a caseload of both statutory and non-statutory duties
- Experience of managing a caseload of both statutory and non-statutory cases (i.e. Referral Orders, YRO, DTO, OOCD), completing assessments, delivering innovative and creative interventions, writing reports and liaising with professional networks.
-Experience of working with young people of diverse backgrounds and ability to also engage their families and carers
-Experience of supporting young people to develop their personal and social skills to support their participation and contribution to their communities
-Experience of using Asset Plus; writing Pre-Sentence Reports for Youth and Crown Courts, making assessments of risk of serious harm and safety and wellbeing
-Ability to manage a high caseload and working to tight deadlines
-Experience of working with a number of partner agencies including Courts, Police, Community providers, CAMHS, Connexions and using these networks to achieve positive outcomes for young people
-Experience of attending and contributing to strategy, professionals and other network meeting, representing the YOS and the best interests of the young people
-Availability to occasionally work outside normal 9-5 office hours to complete home visits or attend Referral Order Panel meetings
-Experience of managing ISS cases will be a bonus
