Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Youth Offending Service Quality and Partnerships Manager to fill a full-time role in Lambeth. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Youth Offending.

The pay rate for this locum Youth Offending Quality Partnerships Manager job is £40 - £46 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

Responsibilities of the Youth Offending Quality Partnerships Manager:
- To directly support the Head of Service (HoS) to manage and lead the staff team within the Youth Offending Service.
- provide management oversight of the resource function of the structure which relates to policy, quality assurance, commissioning and monitoring of contracts, procurement of goods and services.
- Financial controls to achieve efficiency savings, co-ordination and delivery of improvement projects which affect the YOS, management of performance information and business support.

Requirements of the Youth Offending Quality Partnerships Manager:
- Significant experience within youth offending
- Must be either social work or probation qualified
