    Description

    Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated youth justice team manager to fill a full-time role in Newham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of youth offending.

    The starting pay rate for this locum youth justice team manager job is to be confirmed and is an initial 3-month contract.

    - To ensure that effective input and information is available to partnership strategic bodies including MAPPA, as agreed with the Group Manager
    - Supporting successful partnership working, both strategic and operationally, across all sectors and with service users to deliver more cost-effective and valued services.
    - Under the direction of the Group Manager, contribute to commissioning effective and efficient services through a range of direct delivery, innovative partnerships and commercial arrangements which meet the goals and objectives of Children and Young People Services (CYPS).
    - Ensuring that the needs of all stakeholders in Newham are met by modelling behaviour which fosters equality of opportunity in service provision and employment.
