Transferring roles within the Criminal Justice System

Here at Sanctuary Criminal Justice, we understand that candidates often wish to experience a new challenge or might want to delve into another part of the criminal justice system altogether.

Those looking for a position are increasingly mobile, working between the different criminal justice agencies and organisations to further their careers.

Typically, the areas we recruit in are detailed below, with candidates expressing an interest in a more diverse range of available positions.

Substance Misuse Work
Youth Offending
Offender Health
Forensic Mental Health
Housing & Resettlement

Those agencies offering offender supervision roles are welcoming applications from candidates experienced in community safety, youth engagement and housing.

With the government’s renewed focus on the resettlement and education of young offenders, and the restructuring of probation we are seeing a much wider range of organisations working within the Criminal Justice System (CJS). As a result, there are more roles available where the key skills acquired in one area of the CJS can be transferred to another.

At Sanctuary Criminal Justice, we are able to help you identify roles that you would be interested in.

Simply register your details and upload your CV. You will be given access to our candidate community pages where you can save your search profiles, view the latest vacancies and create your own job alerts.

If you fancy a chat, one of our criminal justice specialist consultants will be able to explore the options available to you as an individual.
